The Nashville Dance Congress, aka Nashville Salsa Congress,

is hosting an EPIC dance event showcasing 9 genres of dance celebrities and workshops.

Our nonprofit 501(c)3 mission is to provide dance-enthusiasts,

regardless of their economic status, access to world champion,

world class and legendary dance performers, instructors, and musicians

through live presentations and instruction in an atmosphere promoting

ethnic diversity, social tolerance and equality. 

 

World Champions, Rising Stars, and Legends of dance come together for daytime classes, night-time shows, and social dancing.

Featured dance genres are Salsa, Bachata, Ballroom Caberet, West Coast Swing, Kizomba, Tango, Zouk, Lindy Hop, Balboa, and more!

*May 3rd & 4th -- Pre-parties at various locations 
*May 5th, 6th, 7th -- Daytime workshops 11am to 5pm.  
*May 5th & 6th -- Parties, Socials, Milongas from 10pm to 4am.    
*May 5th -- Cinco de Mayo Dinner Show & Auction at 7:30pm 
*May 6th -- Saturday Night World Champion Spectacular at 8:30pm 

 

All classes are free to anyone, as long as space permits. Parties are free to registered hotel guests. Show tickets are sold separately.

Charity Auction

Our 2017 charity of choice is the Global Education Center and its Director Ellen Gilbert. 

There are silent and not-silent auctions during the Friday evening fundraiser dinner show.
