Kizomba has recently re-emerged and is encouraged in most Latin-dance events. With beginnings in the 1950s, it has gained popularity in mostly Portuguese-speaking African countries, Estonia and Portugal. It incorporates elements similar to many dances, including Semba, Tango and Hip-Hop.
Oscar BA is a Kizomba King who learned the dance growing up and has formally taught and deejayed for more than 20 years.
This class focuses on advanced techniques in Kizomba. Beginners are encouraged to watch and Intermediates are encouraged to try.
