Amber Perkins, aka DJ Afrodeshiak, is Nashville's dedicated Kizomba pioneer.  Amber has been actively leading in the Nashville Latin dance community since 2011.  She is a founding member of Nashville Rueda and founder of Kizomba Nashville.  Amber organizes the Kizomba Nashville meetup and actively promotes all the dances.  As for the Nashville Salsa Congress 2017, Amber has single-handedly led the Kizomba effort.   ...

Maren and Steve, aka MSKiz, are NY-based International Kizomba & Semba artists who always bring the heat to the dancefloor. Lola Monet

Lola Monet, "Queen Beatz," is the leading AfroHouse, Kizomba, Tarraxinha, Afro beatz, and Afro rhythms party stomper!  She is the owner and founder of Rhythm & Beatz Dance Company in Los Angeles, California.  Lola teaches and performs salsa, bachata, banda, chacha, merengue, cumbia, ballroom show dance, hip-hop, dancehall, kizomba, semba, afro and tarraxinha. Her primary emphasis is on loving oneself through self-expression in dance, rhythm, and the art of connection.  Lola colloaborates with Roger Milan as her main dance partner. Alain is a dance instructor with a very diverse background. He is proud to be co-organizer/promotor/owner of the 2017 Atlanta Kizomba Dream Festival, the first Kizomba festival ever held in the southern city. Trained in Ballroom, Latin and Kizomba, Alain has focused on promoting and growing Kizomba throughout the Unites States, for the past 5 years.  Alain offers group lessons at Core Studio in Decatur, GA, private lessons upon request and performs and offers deejay services.
